TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by ThinkRoman Consulting Services (TrCS), a division of ThinkRoman Ventures, in accordance with Indian law. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by the following terms:
1. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT
All services will commence upon signing a formal agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments should be made as per the agreed terms and within the stipulated time frame. Invoices not settled within the agreed timeframe may incur additional charges or service delays.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All work products delivered to clients are their intellectual property, except proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies developed by TrCS. Unauthorized use of TrCS’s proprietary content is subject to legal action under Indian law.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information during and after the engagement, following the guidelines of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Indian arbitration law, with proceedings taking place in Telangana, Hyderabad.
