CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Before Project Start

If the client cancels before the start of a project, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative costs and service fees incurred.

Cancellation After Project Start

If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund will be provided based on the percentage of work completed, assessed on a pro-rata basis.

No Refunds for Completed Projects

Refunds are not available for projects that have been completed as per the agreed scope of work.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, governmental orders), both parties will discuss rescheduling or potential refunds based on mutual agreement, complying with the Force Majeure provisions under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes regarding cancellations will be governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Telangana, Hyderabad.
