Dr Neha Tabassum

Dr. Neha Tabassum is a distinguished leader in medical and scientific writing with a Ph.D. in Human Genetics and Molecular Biology from Imperial College London and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Deccan School of Pharmacy, Hyderabad, India.

She has extensive experience in translating complex scientific data into clear, impactful manuscripts, regulatory documents, and educational materials. Her expertise includes next-generation sequencing, whole genome analysis, and bioinformatics, with a focus on bringing innovative research findings to real-world applications.

Currently, Dr. Tabassum serves as the Lead of Medical and Scientific Writing at ThinkRoman Consulting Services, where she oversees the development of clinical documents, medical manuscripts, and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with global standards like GCP and ICH guidelines.. Previously, she was an Assistant Teaching Fellow at Imperial College London, where she lectured, designed molecular biology modules, and supervised student research projects, contributing to the growth of future scientists and healthcare professionals. Dr. Tabassum has presented her research at prestigious conferences, including the San Antonio Breast Cancer Conference and the Royal Society of Medicine. Her notable research on the mutational landscape of normal human breast tissue during pregnancy was published in Nature Communications.
